INSTRUCTIONS

Pricing Insight's 27 Point Online Diagnostic is a fast and effective way to evaluate your business' specific pricing issues and opportunities. Nominate staff across sales, marketing and finance functions involved in pricing to complete this online questionnaire.   

1. Please provide your details (Name, Business Title, Company, Email Address and Direct Phone Number)

2. For each diagnostic question, select a ranking from 1-7 which best describes your business. Use the ranking description to guide your assessment     

3. It is critical to provide detailed and honest evaluations in the additional Questions 1 - 3.
    Verbatim statements published to senior management will not be attributed to the author to preserve confidentiality and support candid comments

4. Allocate at least 20-60 minutes to complete the diagnostic. For security reasons, the diagnostic will time out after 60 minutes. 
    We suggest to write your responses in a separate Word Document and copy these into the textbox windows to avoid any time out issues.
